Delivery and pick up of the car - FAQ

In case the car is prepared (i.e. it is already clean and has full tank) and it is not rush hour, we are able to deliver a car during 45 minutes within Prague. Or you can come to one of our branch offices in the Prague center or Smíchov and taky your car right away. In case you need to deliver a car to other city, we can arrange it the next after the order. It always depends on the availability of this particular car in the region.Answer:
It is enough to have valid passport with airport stamps and valid driver´s licence in Czech republic(or international driving licence), pay the rent and returnable deposit. In case you pay with a credit/debit card, you should have sufficient funds to make the payment. In case of bank transfer you should have your payment confirmed by us before the rental.Answer:
According to our standards and practice, pick up of the car and filling the contract takes usually around 10 minutes. In case there are no problems and/or new damages on the car, the the whole process of returning the car takes only about 5 minutes.Answer:
You should return the car in the same condition as it was rented to you, i.e. clean and with full tank. In case you have no time to clean the car we will clean it by ourselves for the fee of 250 CZK. Of course, if the car is completely dirty and professional cleaning with chemicals is required, then the fee would be higher depending on the real costs of cleaning.Answer:
The car CAN be returned by another person, than the one mentioned in the contract. But, according to the law, we can return the deposit in cash to another person only in case we have written permission from the person who left the deposit. As a written permission we accept SMS from the phone written in the contract or an email sent at info@taggart.cz with name and surname of the person to whom the deposit should be returned. Otherwise the deposit can be returned by bank transfer.
